Face Yoga

Face Yoga is a combination of facial exercises, massage, acupressure, relaxation and well-being.

The techniques work to relax and strengthen the muscles of the face and neck, offering a natural non-invasive way to lift and rejuvenate the skin. Breathing and relaxation techniques are included, ensuring each session brings a sense of well-being. This lovely self-care is suitable for women of all ages, as It is never too late or too early to strengthen, tone and reduce tension in the face.
