Private sessions can be a great way to make progress with a particular issue or goal, they would be tailored to your individual needs and include recommendations and support for home practice.

Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation – suitable from 14 weeks until birth. Tailored to your individual needs.

Hypnobirthing* – suitable from 30 weeks, interactive sessions via Zoom for mother and birth partner, includes handouts and mp3 recording. Please enquire for further information.

Caesarean Birth Recovery – suitable anytime from 6 weeks birth. Focuses on the teaching of gentle self-massage around the scar area to enhance deep physical and emotional healing through all the tissue layers. Click here for more information.

Pelvic floor or Core Dysfunction –  Ideal for those experiencing leaking on impact (coughing, jumping etc), prolapse, weak core or pelvic floor, abdominal separation.

Using techniques and exercises from Yoga, Restore Your Core ® and Hypopressives to meet your individual needs, empowering you towards making long term changes. 


One to One sessions take place online via Zoom.

3 sessions (recommend to kick start postnatal recovery) :  £90

5 sessions (recommend for pelvic floor/core dysfunction) : £150
